Name: Christina Naili
Title: Project Manager
Department: Custom Communications Group

Fun Fact: Her favorite movie is “The Emperor’s New Groove.” She finds much more depth and cleverness in it than most people might realize—perhaps it’s time to give this movie a second watch?
I had an opportunity to sit down with Christina Naili, one of our outstanding project managers within the Custom Communications Group. Christina had quite an interesting journey on her way to our team. Originally hired into a sales role back in 2022, during the height of COVID-related paper sourcing challenges, it soon became clear that sales wasn’t the long-term fit for her. However, everyone she encountered immediately recognized her talent, dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn. When you find someone like that, the smart move is to make sure you hold onto them.
That’s exactly what we did. When someone suggested Christina might excel as a project manager, I took the opportunity to meet her and quickly realized we’d stumbled onto something exceptional. Her background in real estate and e-commerce, combined with her ability to dive deeply into learning new systems and processes, set her up perfectly for the diverse challenges of project management.
Today, Christina supports DG3 in a variety of critical ways—helping to onboard new customers, managing and coordinating active deployments, and proactively maintaining relationships with existing customers. Her ability to juggle these tasks not only makes her an invaluable member of our team but also provides her with a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ needs. This deep insight into our clients’ businesses and processes exemplifies the way DG3 operates—committing experienced professionals who genuinely care and understand our customers’ unique challenges.
Beyond her professional life, Christina is fluent in French—a skill she developed through years of study and time spent teaching English abroad in France. Interestingly, she shared that fluency didn’t come easily at first; it was during a summer following her studies in France when things finally “clicked,” and she found herself speaking fluently and effortlessly. We’re excited to explore ways that her language skills might become a valuable asset in the future.
