As President and Chief Executive Officer, Joe leads DG3’s strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. He is responsible for guiding the company’s long-term vision, strengthening its market position, and ensuring DG3 delivers innovative, high-impact communications and technology solutions for clients. Previously, Joe served as DG3’s Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic services, and revenue operations. Before that, he successfully launched and operated several high-growth businesses across consulting and advisory services, design, marketing technologies, content management solutions, custom communications, global development, and outsourcing. Joe has held multiple leadership roles at DG3, including Executive Vice President of Strategic Development, where he led acquisitions, business formation, divestitures, and corporate finance. His work has spanned three continents and numerous areas of the business, reflecting a broad, global perspective on DG3’s operations and opportunities. Prior to joining DG3, Joe worked at Broadridge in strategy and corporate finance and served in the office of the President.show more

Mike is DG3’s worldwide Chief Financial Officer and brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing, professional services and retail environments. Mike is responsible for Finance, Accounting and Technology for DG3. Prior to DG3, Mike was CFO of several Private Equity backed companies including Stone Source, Beefeaters Holding Company and Marcal Manufacturing. Mike holds a BBA in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from University of Mississippi.show more

Mr. Caragliano is responsible for all aspects of DG3's North American manufacturing and distribution services operations along with production, client service, engineering, and facilities management. As Director of DG3’s promotional division, Kyle is responsible for all aspects of the division and team. Kyle is a dynamic marketing professional with more than 15 years in the sales and marketing industries. He is a creative and innovative team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A decisive Promotional Director who drives company growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies. Kyle is well traveled and diverse, giving him a skill at analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop highly-effective and targeted marketing campaigns.show more

Eric is responsible for all professional services lines including Data Driven Communications, Custom Communications, Regulated Information Services and global development operations at DG3. Over the last 15 years, Eric has managed a robust R&D, service delivery and project management team to develop the advanced communications solutions and cloud-based content management and composition environment available. Eric’s experience in the communications industry spans both coasts, supervising customer service and EDGAR conversions for National Media Technologies in New York, then managing production, distribution, fulfillment and staff for Pacific Financial Printing in Palo Alto, CA.show more

A Certified Public Accountant and deeply experienced leader in companies large and small, Joanne is responsible for the administration of DG3’s Manila office, the group’s offshore services division. Joanne has led the formation of DG3’s new Manila office and oversees all administrative aspects of the division. Prior to DG3, Joanne held positions at leading offshoring services provider Integreon and leadership positions at CPPC Alliance Ventures among others.show more

Roy oversees all aspects of the development team, focusing on all aspects of product development life cycle and implementing methodologies, quality policies and procedures. He has 18 years of experience in software development, total quality management (TQM) and software testing methodology.show more

As E-Center Team Leader, Marlon manages the Manila office’s network system infrastructure and supports United States infrastructure and systems, from ensuring stability to identifying improvements. Marlon has a degree in Computer Engineering from Rizal Technological University.show more
