Refund Policy

DG3 takes your satisfaction seriously and we want to be sure you are happy with the products you ordered. For customers using a credit card to purchase products from us, the policy below will apply to refunds.

 

Cancelling a Project and Receiving a Refund for your Product
You can cancel a project at any time and received a partial or full refund as outlined below. In order to cancel a project, please email info@dg3.com and include full project details.

Uncompleted Projects
Any project may be canceled and refunded the full amount paid at any point before the job is in production.

Partially or Fully Completed Projects
The incurred production costs of a project are nonrefundable once a job has gone into production. All costs not incurred at the time of notification of cancellation of a project can on a project can be refunded.

Delivered Projects, Dissatisfactory Product
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you can request a refund. In order to receive a refund the product must be shown to be non-compliant with your product request. Notify us at info@dg3.comto report a dissatisfactory product. We will retrieve the product at our expense for inspection. If the inspected product is non-compliant, we will issue an immediate refund.

Refunds and Refund Status
All refunds will be issued within 24 hours of determining the refund amount. Refunds will be provided via your original payment method only. You can inquire on the status of a refund at any time by emailing info@dg3.com
