Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), a leading provider of global print and electronic communications solutions, announced that its DG3 North America, Inc. and DG3 Europe Limited businesses have each installed HP Indigo 5500 digital presses with 6-color printing capabilities.
DG3 is one of the largest digital printing service providers in both the London and the New York Metropolitan markets. The addition of the HP Indigo 5500’s now compliments the Xerox IgenTM color technology, cut sheet and continuous form monochrome printing and a full array of finishing services offered by DG3.
“We are committed to offering flexible and advanced technological solutions to our clients worldwide”, commented Tom Saggiomo, DG3’s Chief Executive Officer, “and believe that with these additions, we will increase the scope of services and support for our clients.” He continued, “Combined with our advanced variable data technology, we can now deliver the highest quality and brand-centric personalized communications on behalf of our clients.”
HP color technology is widely considered among the best in the graphic communications industry. Designed for the production of marketing collateral, direct mail, photo merchandise products, books and manuals, the HP Indigo press 5500 supports an extended range of media including recycled, FSC-certified and SFI-certified papers. It prints at resolutions up to 1,219 dpi. The press offers a wide color gamut, with 4-, 6- or 7-color Pantone-licensed emulation including Pantone Goe, as well as off-press mixing of true spot colors. In addition, the HP Indigo press 5500 incorporates HP DreamColor Technologies, a certified system of color technologies and sciences that makes it easy to produce accurate, predictable and consistent color across a series of digital color devices.
