SUMMARY: The Promotions Customer Service Representative is here to delight our clients, whatever it takes. In this role, the successful candidate will be focused on one major account and will act as a liaison between clients and operations, provide product/services information and order status information. You will also work to resolve any issues that customers might face with timeliness and accuracy of orders. Success in the role is defined by excellent service standards, response times to customer inquiries and high customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities

  • Primary point of contact for a Fortune 500 company
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Provide order status updates to the end users
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Prefer prior experience in the promotional business, but not required
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, solid communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to learn our online portals for order management, comfort working with computer systems
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Good organizational skills

Education and Experience

  • No degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience handling large volumes of inbound inquires on behalf of our client

Work Environment

The job is eligible for full time remote or can be performed in an office environment in Secaucus, New Jersey. The environment can be stressful at time with deadline pressure to complete multiple priorities. This position requires limited-to-no business travel.
