This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Promotional Division as a Junior Account Representative. You will work closely with two Senior Account Representatives, supporting their client accounts and gaining valuable experience in all aspects of account management.
Accountabilities
- Client Account Management:
- Assist Senior Account Representatives in managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and the successful delivery of all services.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and promotional material concepts tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and within agreed-upon timelines.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project progress, and other relevant data.
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations and other necessary documentation.
Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 1-2 years of experience in the promotional products or related industry, preferably in an account support or coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM software (if applicable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive and client-focused mindset.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Education and Experience
Work Environment
The job is performed hybrid, reporting on-site 3 days per week in an office environment in Secaucus, New Jersey. The environment can be stressful at times with deadline pressure to complete multiple priorities. This position requires limited-to-no business travel.
