Part Time Stocking Associate

Summary

Mature, reliable and professional individual needed 20-25 hours/week during evening hours to review and replenish office supply inventory across multiple supply stations within a large office building.

Accountabilities

  • Receive and distribute inbound office supply shipments
  • Execute inventory count reviews
  • Replenish depleted supply inventory
  • Document and submit daily product replenishment reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Able to adhere to all safety and security policies
  • Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel a plus
  • Able to lift packages of up to 40 lbs.
