Employee Spotlight: Yanira Negrón

Director, Fulfillment Center | DG3

Certified forklift operator. Comic book collector. Artist. Mother. Manager. Mentor.
Yanira Negrón is one of those people who surprises you—in the best way.

She’ll talk to you about The Death of Wolverine, show you her original sketches, and then hop on a forklift to unload a delivery without missing a beat. She’s raising two boys—one in the Fire Academy, the other a math prodigy in high school—and still finds time to make handmade gift baskets for her team on Mother’s Day.

That energy? It powers one of DG3’s most essential operations.

Yanira leads our Fulfillment Center, a high-volume, high-variability department supporting more than two dozen clients. One day might involve shipping 1,500 literature kits. The next? Hand-assembling promotional folders or managing incoming inventory ranging from paint samples to apparel to hand sanitizer. It’s fast-paced, physical, and constantly changing—and she’s right there in it.

Her leadership isn’t about delegation from a distance. She’s certified on warehouse machinery, helps scan and pack orders, and wraps pallets when the team’s short-staffed. “The work isn’t hard if you’ve got a system,” she says. “It’s managing people that’s the challenge. You’ve got to be a coach, a referee, a counselor.”

Yanira came to DG3 from a background in sales, having led teams and worked closely with product development in the pool and automotive industries. That experience shaped her attention to detail and taught her how to deliver what clients actually need—skills that directly benefit DG3’s customers today.

Ask her team what makes her stand out, and the answer is unanimous: she listens, she shows up, and she leads by example. There’s no ego—just accountability, consistency, and care. That’s why her team trusts her, and why DG3 can confidently deliver on time, every time.

And yes—she really does love comic books. Her favorite? The Death of Wolverine, a storyline where Logan loses his healing powers but still chooses to protect others, even at great cost. It’s a story about resilience, loyalty, and leading from the front. Sounds familiar.

She may not wear a cape, but around here, Yanira Negrón is the hero of the Fulfillment Center. And DG3 is better—for our people and our clients—because of her.
