A Chicago native, Eric started his career in the advanced technology and print space in 1995 with Cunningham Graphics (predecessor to DG3) in manufacturing. Subsequently, he was promoted to various positions within operations, including facilities management, inventory management, and fulfillment, until finally making the transition into sales and marketing as an Account Strategic Manager. Given his experience in manufacturing, complex solutions, and services, Eric is “laser” focused on flawless execution as well as optimal efficiency and effectiveness, no matter how complex our solution offering may be. Iain has overall management responsibility for Argyle and DG3 Compliance Solutions. Throughout his thirteen-year career, Iain has focused on improving how corporations communicate corporate governance and executive compensation subjects to shareholders. Iain has contributed to favorable outcomes for Global Fortune 500 clients in Europe and the United States. His international experience allows him to understand the engagement challenges which corporations face, and propose innovative ideas which result in more effective disclosures. Before Argyle, Iain established US offices for Labrador, a provider of SEC Disclosure services, where he led client engagements. Iain earned a BA Hons. In Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.show more

Fred started his career in Corporate America, in various management and senior executive roles within Xerox Corporation. Since then, Fred has been successful in various executive and leadership roles in sales and marketing, habitually exceeding client expectations. Most recently, Fred has been charged with ensuring complex deliverables and flawless execution for our Major Financial Accounts. Being the consummate professional, Fred is a firm believer that technology is the answer to increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration, internally within DG3 as well as externally for our clients. Phil, for the last 10+ years, has been DG3’s Vice President of Financial Services, until he was promoted to his current role. With his extensive experience in commercial print, financial services, pharmaceutical applications, and direct mail, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, passion, and a unique perspective to his role. Both Phil and his team are the embodiment of “think globally, act locally” as he and his team are primarily responsible for servicing our clients who have global reach, just as DG3 has. Over the last 15 years, Eric has managed a robust R&D, service delivery and project management team to develop the advanced communications solutions and cloud-based content management and composition environment available. Eric’s experience in the communications industry spans both coasts, supervising customer service and EDGAR conversions for National Media Technologies in New York, then managing production, distribution, fulfillment and staff for Pacific Financial Printing in Palo Alto, CA.show more
